The aim is simple: to fix injuries, prevent new ones and enhance performance in work, life or sports.
To achieve success, we can use physiotherapy, strength and conditioning, therapeutic massage, movement control and also plenty motivation along the way to help get you there.
Any injury can be assessed, and we can create a treatment plan. This is likely to include hands on treatment techniques, a structured and progressive exercise programme that fits into your lifestyle and also advice and education about your injury, so you know what's going on. It's important that you know exactly what the problem is,
Step 1: Discussion and assessment.
Step 2: Create a clear and structured treatment plan.
Step 3: Work in partnership towards your goals.
